If you send us an enquiry, we collect what you type into the form: your name, business name, email address, phone number, the service you're interested in, your indicated budget and timeline, and your message.

We do not run advertising trackers, sell data, or build profiles. We use basic, aggregate analytics to understand which pages are visited — not who visited them.

Solely to reply to you and to have a record of the conversation. Your contact details let us respond; the rest of the form lets us give you a useful answer instead of a generic one.

We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not send marketing you didn't ask for.

Enquiries are stored in a private database that only AXACOR can read, and a copy is emailed to us so we see it promptly. A confirmation email is sent to the address you provided so you have a record too.

Email delivery and hosting are handled by established infrastructure providers acting on our behalf. They process the data to deliver the service and for no other purpose.

We keep enquiries while there is a reasonable chance of working together, and for a period afterwards for our own records. If an enquiry goes nowhere, we remove it.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email us and we'll action it — no forms, no process.

We use only what the site needs to function, plus a single stored preference for whether you chose the light or dark theme. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Material changes will be obvious rather than buried.
