A small studio that builds business software properly.
AXACOR designs and builds custom software, AI assistants and connected systems for businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets, group chats and half a dozen disconnected tools.
We're deliberately small. That's not a limitation we're apologising for — it's the reason you speak to the people doing the work, decisions happen in a day rather than a fortnight, and nothing gets handed down a chain until the original point is lost.

Everything we build gets judged on one thing: does the business work better with it than without it?
- Workflow before software
We start by understanding how work actually moves through your business — who touches what, where it stalls, what gets re-typed. The software comes after that.
- Fewer screens, less training
A system nobody wants to open is a system that quietly gets abandoned. We keep the number of screens small and the language plain.
- Connected, not scattered
Separate tools create separate problems. We prefer one system where bookings, customers, orders and reporting share the same information.
- Build in stages
You see something real early, use it, and tell us what's wrong. That's a far better brief than a document written before anyone touched it.

A conversation, not a brief
You describe what's slowing you down. No spec required, no technical vocabulary needed. Most projects start with a paragraph, not a document.

We define what's worth building
We come back with what we'd build, what we'd deliberately leave out, and roughly what it involves — before anyone commits to anything.

Design and build in the open
We work in stages you can see and click through, so direction gets corrected early instead of after launch.
- Stage 04
Live, then improved
Once real people are using it, the useful feedback finally arrives. We stay involved and refine it around actual behaviour.

The interfaces across this site are reference designs we built to show how a system would work. They use sample data and are not client deliverables.
We'll tell you if we're wrong for it
If what you need is an off-the-shelf tool and a weekend of setup, we'd rather say so than sell you a build.
